I'm looking at a 1992 L4150 with BF900 FEL and Kubota 4540 BH. 250 hours. Ag tires. HST. Original owner. Very clean. BH older than tractor but in good shape. What is fair price?
The BH is undercarriage type. How difficult is it to remove and reattach? I'm more of a 3pth kinda guy.

I'm not sure about GST. It has a manual, 4-range clutch shifter to right of seat, and a forward/reverse lever on left of steering column (HST?). ....

I just finished the "FST versus HST" thread and now I see that I am indeed talking about the GST. I'm sure I saw HST on manual but perhaps that was an option on some models. ....

My offer of $15K was eventually accepted. It turns out a dealer had offered the same, so I guess I did a fair appraisal. My 1st Kubota, and nearly my 1st tractor younger than me. I'll be selling my IH 460 utility diesel, and spending more time on this website. ....

The 460's were part of what we called hot rod tractors. Tough to get the power to the ground and with the 6 they were quite reponsive on the throttle. I think you will find your new tractor quite enjoyable! ....
